Ivana Brown, is from Sarasota, Florida, and she began her ballet training under Diane Partington and Rey Dizon. During her early training, she performed soloist roles including Swanhilda in Coppélia and Dew Drop in The Nutcracker. She continued her professional training on scholarship with Colorado Ballet under the direction of Erica Fischbach before joining Nashville Ballet as an NB2 trainee, where she performed alongside the company in The Nutcracker.

Throughout her training, Ivana attended summer intensive programs with Exploring Ballet with Suzanne Farrell, American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, and Ballet Arizona.

Now entering her fourth season as a company member with Central Illinois Ballet, Ivana is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing as an artist and performer. She is passionate about sharing the joy of dance with audiences throughout Central Illinois and inspiring the next generation of dancers. She looks forward to another season of growth and is thankful and so blessed to continue doing what she loves while serving the dance community in Central Illinois.
